We get it, sometimes for reasons too sad to admit your jewelry gets snagged and breaks.
As our commitment to you we are granting each customer a fix for free within 30 days of purchase!! Please just shoot us an email with your details.
Valid for a one time use per customer, must pay for shipping.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
